Local Accounting and Tax Firm is searching for a Receptionist. Will answer phones, make calls, appointments, data entry, customer service, and do some lite Bookkeeping work. Will assist the Accountant. Experience with Excel and QuickBooks a plus but not required. Schedule is 9am-3pm May-December Monday-Thursday with a half day Fridays. During tax season Jan-April schedule is 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with half day Saturdays.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and looking to join a well established company?  Priority Staffing Group is seeking to fill a Recovery Specialist for a Southern Illinois Social Service agency.  The Recovery Specialist will provide peer support services, provides information, education and support for clients, promotes wellness, recovery and skill building to sustain better health.  Provides prevention training for managing stress and problems, making healthy life style choices, recognizing and responding to relapse, managing crisis, achieving and sustaining recovery.  Assists clients with personal recovery goals, helps clients develop natural support systems, and coach clients to advocate for themselves within their healthcare systems. 

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in human services related field or Associated Degree and two years relevant experience with persons with mental health or substance use diagnosis; or five years relevant experience with persons with mental health or substance use diagnosis; Bachelor's preferred.  Position requires valid driver's license, safe driving record, insurance and reliable transportation.

Do you have past warehouse supervisory experience?  If so, Priority Staffing Group might be looking for you!  We are seeking to fill a Warehouse Supervisor position for a busy Jackson County recycling company.  Shift would be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with occasional Saturday morning till noon.   This position would manage their warehouse.  Would help with managing inventory control and processing.  General duties include assisting team with daily operations, assist with supervision and evaluation of all warehouse employees, manage inventory of electronic equipment, scraps, and components in the warehouse.  Past warehouse operations experience is required.   Must be reliable, dependent, trustworthy, team player and a motivator with a great attitude!  Benefits are available after hired on with the company including medical, vision, dental and 401k package.

Community Outreach Coordinators will be reaching out to patients in local Southern Illinois Communities and assisting them to find services for which they qualify.  This may include just passing information onto patients or it may also include scheduling appointments for them and helping them with any needed paperwork.  Connecting patients with resources is the main goal of this program.  Must have strong computer knowledge and great customer service skills.  Data entry and excellent phone skills are required.  Preference will be given to applicants with work history from medical fields and social services.  Work is located in Sesser, IL.  $25/hr is the pay rate.  Day shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
